Documents can be digitised and processed in a variety of ways. OCR technology allows data to be saved as text which can be worked with in the same way as a word processor document. Indeed, we can present digitised documents in Word or PDF formats.
We are able to closely preserve document layouts in PDF formats, whilst still allowing text to be searched and selected. If document layout is not important, we are able to present text in a database format, allowing yuo to integrate it into your own systems.
